Watchmen Watch: The hype is legit…
If you’ve been living above ground for the past couple weeks, you’re probably aware that today, finally, marks the much-anticipated release of Watchmen, a film adaptation of the celebrated 1980s comic book series. Like millions across the globe, a few folks from the office here have made plans to go see it, and judging from its 90-day listings trend on Terapeak, many others have profited off the film’s hype parade already:
Now if only we’d included Watchmen in last summer’s Superheroes Index, we could see how it stacks up against its comic book contemporaries… Perhaps we’ll look into adding that…
