Terapeak featured on “Good Morning America”
Woohoo! We’re famous!
Earlier today, ABC’s Good Morning America ran an excellent story featuring eBay consignment seller and Terapeak user Niki Campbell (of www.quick2sellpgh.com), demonstrating the value of selling online. In the two-and-a-half-minute clip, Campbell, who visits with clients in their homes and hatches selling strategies for their goods, discusses her role as “counselor” to those who don’t have the time or means to research, build, and manage eBay auctions.
It’s a tremendous success story — Campbell has sold over $200,000 worth of goods in the past year — and a great example of enterprise in the eBay world.
Aaand, look who else crashed the party!

That’s right! That’s us! Campbell uses Terapeak to research the worth of her clients’ goods, and advises as to whether or not they’re worth selling. She also provides possibly our favorite quote of all-time:
“Our demographic is anyone who has stuff.”
It really is that simple! You can watch the full clip here.
What our clients say?

How exciting for you!!! What great coverage!!!
Terapeak is especially helpful for consignment sellers because these resale businesses get such variety, unlike many eBay sellers who specialize in just one niche.
Terapeak helps the the sellers quickly become experts.

How can I get in touch with terapeak to help me selling valuable items? I need to liquadate various items in order to pay my monthly bills. My boyfriend pasted January, 2009 and he was paying all the bill due to me being unemployed with no saving. I have qualified for county grants to pay on utlizies bill because I am indigent. My mortgage is two months behind going on three month in June. So I really need help liquadating these items as soon as possible. I would like to use craiglist because there’s no charge. Please help. Thanks
Linda – Thank you – we were very pleased to see the footage- always fun to see yourself on TV….or your website
Trema – We provide tools to do research based on closed eBay listings, we don’t offer services to help you list and sell on eBay. We stick with the data. Listing and selling is where a company like Niki’s can come in handy – they will assess the value of your items, and sell them for you. Of course, like any consignment store they take a cut of the selling price for their work, but it may be well worth it to move your items.
Craigslist is a great online venue for selling locally, for sure! Make sure you do some sort of research on what your items may be worth online (using a service like Terapeak) and that you are careful of transactions. Cash or PayPal rule in Craigslist purchases!!
All the best to you both,
Denise
